Policy Change Effective June 2026

As many of you may know, the provider rates determined by state subsidy programs often do not fully cover the actual cost of providing high-quality care and education. In June 2024, we began requiring families who utilize before and after care through subsidy programs to supplement the difference with additional fees in order to help offset this gap.

As we prepare for the upcoming school year, rising operational expenses, increasing payroll, and inflation have continued to increase the cost of maintaining our program standards. In order to remain a subsidy provider while continuing to offer the level of care, staffing, and educational quality your children deserve, we will begin charging the tuition difference for the age groups and schedules that leave a gap. The numbers in the tuition do include the listed schedules. For example: If it says 7:30-4:30, the listed cost does include one hour of before care and one hour of after care per month. For some, the monthly cost will go down, while it will increase for some depending on the corresponding ages and rates subsidy provides.
