ASSISTANT GUIDE
Hill City Montessori is looking for a reliable person to support the lead guide in day to day activities. Full time and part time positions available.
Aspects of a Montessori Assistant guide are:
Being proactive in problem solving skills
Thinking on your feet
Taking care of the classroom environment
Having or be willing to learn observational skills
Respectful communication skills with adults and children
Building meaningful relationships with children
Changing diapers (0-3 age)
Potty Training guidance
Preferable childcare experience
Consistently reinforcing classroom rules and procedures
Being on time and consistent with your work schedule
Interested in a career, not just a job

FLOATING AID
Hill City Montessori is looking for a reliable person to support the staff in break coverage, playground coverage, naptime, etc.
Aspects of a Montessori Floating Aid are:
Being flexible and able to go with the flow
Being on time and consistent with your work schedule
Being proactive in problem solving skills
Taking care of the classroom environment
Changing diapers (0-3 age)

SUBSTITUTE
Hill City Montessori is looking for a reliable person to substitute teach when other staff are unable to come in to school.

Being flexible and able to go with the flow
Taking care of the classroom environment
